- Orders, Shipping and Purchase
All of our goods are produced upon your order. Thus there is a minimum of 5 working-days and a maximum of 10 working-days until you receive your ordered products. For special and personal orders the delivering time might get slightly bigger.
All of our ready-made products are subject to acceptance and availability, which means that are not reserved and actually are available to other customers until you complete your purchase. Armonia Craft is a Greek company headquartered in Athens; hence all of our transactions are in Euros (€). You will be billed in Euros, however if you are a different currency’s card holder, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Furthermore if you are purchasing from another than Euro country, then currency fluctuations and credit card charges may cause a difference to the amount billed on your credit/debit card.

- Insurance & Shipping
Each and every purchased product is insured by the company, during their transit time until they are delivered to the shipping destination. In the unpleasant case of delivery’s failure due to the courier’s fault, we sort a new delivery within 3 business days at no additional cost whatsoever.
All of Armonia Craft’s products are provided to you in a special packaging ensuring that they will get to you absolutely secured and at excellent condition. If you detect any damage on your package, Armonia Craft does not assume responsibility. Please contact us in order the damage to be noted and a replacement to be arranged.
Armonia Craft is liable for any order delivery failure caused by force majeure.
Deliveries will be accomplished according to the address nominated in your order form. You are bound to ensure that the delivery address you have filled in is correct and accurate.
If your order is returned to Armonia Craft because the courier or postal service could not achieve the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be charged with the resend cost.
- Unjustifiable Withdrawals/ Returns policy/ Repairs

Exchanges / Returns

Repairs / Service
